Phuong, these look a little too French to have been found in Soviet Russia. It was a difficult period for the people, lines for food everywhere, not much money for maintenance. This wonderful place of light and sweet food would really attract 2 hungry children, but it should look a bit more Russian/Soviet era. Look at streets at that time there.
