I surely know how that happens. No, not a speed painting any more - which is fine.... Really nice mood created. Let's all visit! Do you think cooling down the most distant areas - ie atmospheric perspective - would give more depth to your picture? It might be worth a little experimentation?

Yes... I could imagine a desaturated version of that distant sky color bleeding down into the far distance. Nice picture.
