Matte Painting progress

  1. If the small structure is based on a square base, draw an X on the ground at the base, drawing a line from corner to corner to make an X. That is the center of the square. Erect a vertical like from there. Thus the building will stand straight up if the tip is right on that line. Same for the other one further back.

  2. Note that the perspective lines of the building meet at a point above your horizon line. Therefore the horizon line is incorrect. Why don't you increase the size of the painting. Add space on top and find the real horizon line and have space above it for sky? Maybe there is a distant place where the sand meets the sky? Just a thought? Starnge house in a strange place. Nice.
